So, if you haven’t read the article from yesterday, make sure you do that.
Yesterday you got 6 brand new workout finishers that can accelerate your fat loss without a lot of added time – just effort.
Today I thought I should give you something to put those workout finishers at the end of – a full, total body fat loss workout that you can do anywhere, anytime.
I recently started adding bodyweight-only workouts back into my life a couple times per week on “off days”, and I’m always humbled by how hard those workouts can be. Even though you’re not using any equipment.
Something like this…
1A. Jumping Jacks - 20sec/10sec x 8 rounds
1B. Push Ups - 20sec/10sec x 4 rounds
1C. Reverse Lunges - 20sec/10sec x 6 rounds
1D. Spiderman Mountain Climbers - 20sec/10sec x 6 rounds
1E. Burpees or Jump Squats - 20sec/10sec x 6 rounds
1F. Plank - 20sec/10sec x 8 rounds
Alternate between 20 seconds of WORK and 10 seconds of REST for each exercise until you've completed all rounds for that exercise. Rest 10 seconds and move directly into the next exercise.
That would take you 14-16 minutes and would certainly have you sweating.
Studies show that just that 14-16 minutes of intense exercise in that structure would stimulate better overall FAT loss than 30-45 minutes of long, boring “cardio”.
So, you take that short burst workout, then add on one of the 6 workout finishers I sent you yesterday and you’re set!
No equipment necessary and you’re done a fat loss workout in 20 minutes flat!
I’ll take that all day over running for 30-45 minutes straight.
