That’s 4 chicken wings for every single man, woman and child in the United States. That’s a lot of chicken wings!
Well, this last weekend I hosted the 2nd annual Super Bowl party at my place and we definitely did our part in contributing to that massive chicken wing consumption (although the ones we had were boneless, but we’re going to say that still counts).
And although that Sunday was absolutely a “10%” evening, as per our MacroSync Diet Makeover System guidelines, I did try to do my part to have an option that lined up with our nutrition guidelines while still satisfying the rules of acceptable Super Bowl food.
