  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Celsius
  2. Scrub carrots and cut off the ends
  3. Slice carrots lengthwise in half and line the bottom of you Dutch Oven of Roasting Pan with the carrots so they build a base for the roast to sit on top of
  4. Place the beef roast on top of the carrots (if roast is frozen, thaw first)
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder over top of the roast
  6. I like to take a fork and stab the top of the roast a few times to press the spices into the roast
  7. OPTIONAL - If post-workout and you're using the potatoes, scrub the potatoes and chop into cubes. Spread the potatoes in around the roast
  8. Pour beef broth overtop of the roast
  9. Cover and place in oven for 2 hours
  10. Serve with mixed greens, cauliflower "rice"/"mash", or for a post-workout meal serve with potatoes or sweet potato
